My first experience in the kitchen was making pizza at 11 years old in my parents Italian Restaurant and from there my love of creating food began.

Trained locally in New Zealand I was in the kitchen at CinCin for 7 years then worked in Melbourne for a period at The Point, Albert Park. I then returned to Auckland as Head Chef at Wildfire. After that headed up the kitchen at Dawson’s Catering.

I was the food presenter on the Shopping Channel demonstrating a variety of kitchen appliances and products and have been a food writer at Taste Magazine for over 9 years. During that time I have also done many brand ambassador type roles for various companies over the years – both writing recipes and fronting ad campaigns.

I currently own Al Volo Neapolitan Woodfired Pizzeria, do catering with Deluxe Events, write for Taste Magazine and do food styling, recipe development, host cooking classes and demo’s and shoot adverts.

I can bring my wealth of knowledge from years of experience in kitchens, with magazine writing and behind and in-front of camera to create recipes, styling for packaging and recipes, serving suggestions, online video, presenting and hosting.
