The traditional cooking class from Auckland Seafood School.

First join your chef for a one-hour cooking demonstration with great viewing from the overhead mirrors. Your chef will design & demonstrate delicious recipes plus provide plenty of cooking and ingredient tips and ideas.

Next, head through to the hands on cooking area to try your hand at cooking the recipes working alongside your team mates with assistance from your chef and School. Finally relax, sit down and enjoy a delicious meal complimented with NZ wine.

Mystery Box Challenge

Are you the next master chef?

Following a quick presentation by Chef, teams must go on to design, create, cook and present their own recipes from the Mystery Box ingredients.

This high energy team building challenge is fun and is guaranteed to get people talking. With no recipes, teams must think on their feet and work together to decide what they will be creating. Chef will be on hand to provide culinary advice and to judge your team’s creation and decide on the ultimate mystery box winner.

Be prepared for high energy and lots of competitive fun!

Cooking Commandos Challenge

Can you prepare a culinary masterpiece in time and on budget?

Following a cooking demonstration, teams must go on to purchase ingredients form the market (using fish dollars), they must then work together to create and cook their own adaptation of the recipes which will be judged by Coach Commando and your chef.

This team building challenge will get teams working together, bartering for ingredients and putting their own spin on recipes. Teams will come together to present their creation, enjoy their meal and find out who had the best dish.
