3 hr class.

Dumplings and steamed buns are on this afternoon’s menu celebrating the delights of small dishes that make up Yum Cha menus across the city.  Learn all the techniques you need to recreate the recipes at home.  Today you will be cooking – prawn and ginger dumplings, fried fish gua bao with pickled onions and sriracha mayonnaise, pork and prawn dim sim, plus stir fried greens with oyster sauce.

Complimentary Beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 1.30pm.  Class starts promptly at 2pm.

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School, he was most recently Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.
