2½ hr class.  Look, Cook & Eat.

Completely ‘on trend’, Street food has exploded in recent years. Learn how to make your favourite international dishes at home for you and your friends to enjoy. Discover the flavours of Hawaii, Vietnam and Japan with a Poke bowl brimming full of goodness and flavour, Vietnamese Banh mi and Takoyaki – a ball-shaped Japanese snack typically filled with octopus, tempura, pickled ginger and green onion.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 5.30pm.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.

Mark has 30 years experience in hospitality as a chef with a freestyle approach to cooking. A devotee of the great seafood New Zealand has to offer his passionate teaching styles allows Mark to focus on the very best of seasonal produce combining flavour, texture, presentation and encouraging a visual appeal through presentation techniques.
