WORKSHOP – BBQ/Grill

2½ hour class.  Look, Cook and Eat.

BBQ season is nearly upon us!  Join us to share a highly informative and delicious hands on seafood grilling session.  Experience the pleasures of grilled seafood recipes PLUS learn a variety of BBQ techniques and ideas from your chef.  Enjoy the fresh flavours the season has to offer – all cooked to perfection on the grill.  Tonight you will be cooking steamed mussel parcels with a fragrant lemongrass butter.  Followed by chargrilled kingprawns served with a vermicelli salad PLUS BBQ market fresh fish with a Thai inspired coconut sauce and fresh mango.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.  Bar open from 6pm.  Class starts promptly at 6.30pm
