Vietnamese Street food

The cuisine of Vietnam is known for its balance of aromatic flavours and spices.  The narrow land of Vietnam brings a spicy taste to the cuisine, chilli, lemongrass, shrimp paste, lime and coriander are all ingredients to look out for in both of today’s recipes. In today’s class cook steamed coconut curried fish followed by stir fried clams with roasted chilli paste.

Enjoy a complimentary beverage in the auditorium during the demonstration with your chef.

Arrive anytime from 3.45pm onwards.  Class starts promptly at 4pm

Was a little nervous about the whole ‘cooking thing’ however the chef and the people I cooked with made things a breeze – plus heaps of fun.
