VALENTINES CELEBRATION

3 hr class.  Love of NZ Seafood is shared in tonight’s class with recipes that have been created especially for you and your special partner.  Work alongside one other couple at a bench of 4 then sit down and enjoy a delicious seafood meal complimented with Babich wines and Birkenhead Brewing Company artisan beers. Complete your meal with Rush Munro icecream biscotti and coffee.  Be quick to book this one as tickets go fast!

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 5.30pm.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School, he was most recently Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.
