Tour of the Fish Market PLUS Catch of the Day

A tour of the Auckland Fish Market Plus Cooking Class. Take a walk around the Fish Market with your chef prior to the class and learn what to look for when purchasing your seafood and produce.  Discuss the variety of fish species, shellfish and crustaceans on display – your chef will then discuss the fish and accompaniments that are presented in the recipes over the following hour in the demonstration room.  Go on to cook the recipes in the hands on classroom then sit down to a wonderful lunch of freshly cooked seafood.  A highly informative and interactive class that will encourage you to utilise and be creative with seasonal varieties.
