Tex/Mex Seafood

A term used in Texas and the Southwestern United States to describe a regional American cuisine that blends food products eaten the US and the culinary creations of Mexican-Americans influenced by the cuisines of Mexico. Tonight blend this fusion with two seafood recipes, there will also be a Black Market spice pack giveaway.  Tonight you will be cooking chilli, lime, garlic infused prawns with Texan slaw, southwest seasoned sour cream in a soft tortilla followed by Tex/Mex spiced market fresh fish with a black bean and corn salsa, jalapeno and coriander served with smoked cheese and jiffy corn muffins.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 5.30pm.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.
