Tex Mex Seafood

A term used in Texas and the Southwestern United States to describe a regional American cuisine that blends food products eaten in the US and the culinary creations of Mexican-Americans influenced by the cuisines of Mexico, blend this fusion with 2 seafood recipes. Today make a delicious mexican prawn ceviche  followed by  market fish tostadas with pear and  pickled jalepeno.

Enjoy a complimentary beverage in the auditorium during the demonstration with your chef.

Arrive anytime from 4.45pm onwards.  Class starts promptly at 5pm.
