Teen school holiday cooking class

Ages 13- 17. We will also be hosting our very popular  Teen cooking  class,  enjoy cooking with your friends an Asian style banquet with 4 sharing recipes,  includes complimentary non-alcoholic beverage on arrival and seafood school apron. Start with teriyaki fish kebabs, charred squid with vietnamese slaw, bang bang prawn salad and asian greens, tofu and garlic and oyster sauce.

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School in 2017, he was Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.
