TASTES OF SUMMER – bach and beyond

2½ hr class.  Jump in to the season with seafood recipes designed for a relaxed meal complemented with summer produce.  Enjoy fresh new ways to cook using in-season produce bringing summertime flavours into your cooking.  Complete the evening with a summer dessert to refresh the palate and celebrate the sunshine fun.  Start with sashimi of market fresh Salmon, pineapple, red pepper and coriander salsa, watermelon salad, curry and lime oil, micro leaves and edible petals.  Followed by market fresh fish of the day, grilled eggplant and zucchini with feta, rocket and cashew pesto and cherry tomatoes.  Finish with a seasonal dessert of pan seared stone fruit, maple and cinnamon caramel served with vanilla mascarpone.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 5.30pm.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.
