Taste of Summer Beach, Bach, Beer and Beyond

Whether it’s cooking at the Bach, on the boat or entertaining away from home, seafood should be on the menu and enjoyed with a nice cold ale, in tonight’s class enjoy two great Bach style seafood recipes matched with two great summer ales. Tonight prepare grilled prawn kebabs with miso ginger dressing and grilled pineapple salsa followed by pan fried  line caught market fish, caper butter and warm potato salad.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 5.30pm.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School in 2017, he was Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.
