Taste of Summer Beach, Bach, Beer and Beyond

Nothing says NZ Summer more than the beach, the bach and a beer. Along with Kiwi onion dip, NZ Seafood should always be part of the menu when you are entertaining in the summer months.  In this class you will learn to cook 2“bach style” recipes served with 2 great summer ales.

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School in 2017, he was Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.
