A taste of NZ and the Pacific

Bringing this wonderful melting pot of colourful cultures and food together in fresh seasonal seafood recipes blended with the spices and fruits of the Pacific and the produce of NZ to create flavour combinations that stimulate the taste buds. In this class you will cook 2 delicious seafood recipes inspired by the fusion of NZ and the islands of the pacific. Tonight make Ika mata and sweet potato fish cakes with citrus aioli and slaw.

Enjoy a complimentary beverage in the auditorium during the demonstration with your chef.

Arrive anytime from 5.45pm onwards.  Class starts promptly at 6pm
