Sushi, Sashimi and Tempura

2½ hour class.  Learn with Akira, master sushi chef and award winning restaurateur from Gion Restaurant in Parnell.  He will teach you how to prepare traditional sushi rice and tamago (omelette), how to roll nori and uramaki and how to prepare the lightest and tastiest tempura with all the special trimmings.

Complimentary Beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 5.30pm.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.
