SEASONAL SEAFOOD – Beach, Bach and Boat

2½ hour class.  Look, Cook and Eat.

Seafood is one of the quickest meals to prepare – tonight in this hands on class learn how to cook recipes designed for a relaxed summer meal on the boat or at the bach to ensure you enjoy your holidays & celebrations….without too much time in the kitchen. Tonight you will be cooking smoked fish cakes with cucumber and carrot pickle PLUS a mussel fritter and snapper sandwich with caper and egg mayonnaise served with a green leaf salad.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.  Bar open from 5.30pm.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.
