Premium New Zealand Seafood is showcased in tonight’s class.  Your chef will look after you tonight so no ‘hands on’ cooking – chef will showcase a platter of NZ seafood to sample plus create recipes and tastes for you to enjoy throughout the demonstration.  Let us do the cooking tonight so you can relax and enjoy the start of your week.  Enjoy seared scallops on a refreshing mango, cucumber and mint salad followed by BBQ Kingfish served on a colourful fattoush salad PLUS steamed market fresh fish marinated with lemongrass and turmeric served with white rice.

Complimentary platters and beverage on arrival.   Bar open from 5.30pm.   Class starts promptly at 6pm.
