Premium New Zealand Seafood is showcased in today’s lunch class.  Your chef will look after you today so no ‘hands on’ cooking – chef will showcase a tasting plate of NZ seafood to sample plus Quinoa crusted market fresh fish, honey- sesame glazed kumara chips, yoghurt tartare/Freshly smoked in class Manuka South Island Salmon, Crisped Polenta Chips, Green Pea and Feta Hummus.  Let us do the cooking today so you can relax and enjoy your weekend.

Complimentary platters and orange juice on arrival.  Class starts promptly at 11am.

Was a little nervous about the whole ‘cooking thing’ however the chef and the people I cooked with made things a breeze – plus heaps of fun.
