Fresh New Zealand Seafood matched with artisan NZ beers and Babich wines – celebrate your Friday night with us.  Tapas are perfect for all occasions as entrees, shared plates or light meals.  Tonight your chef will guide you with some fabulous seafood ideas and recipes to help plan your special seasonal events. 

Complimentary beverage on arrival.  Bar open from 5.30pm.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.

Steve Roberts is a multi-award-winning chef with an infectious passion for cooking. After classical professional training, Steve decided travel was on the cards. This led him to Australia and then on to Japan for six years, where he soaked up the nuances of Japanese cuisine. Was a little nervous about the whole ‘cooking thing’ however the chef and the people I cooked with made things a breeze – plus heaps of fun.
