Market Stalls – Asian Fusion

Auckland is buzzing with the new restaurants opening around the city showcasing a blend of Asian flavours with a modern twist.  Tonight your chef will let you in on some of the new flavour combos that have taken the city by storm.  With New Zealand’s amazing seasonal produce alongside the freshest seafood your taste buds will be excited! Tonight make prawn chow mein with crispy noodles and hoisin glazed king salmon bowl, carrot, coriander and edaname slaw.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 5.30pm onwards.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School in 2017, he was Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.
