Join us for a new specialty series showcasing the journey of spices. Once a month we will bring you new and exciting recipes from around the globe, starting with Vietnam. Considered as one of the healthiest cuisines worldwide, Vietnamese cuisine brings together 5 fundamental philosophies that help create its unique flavour. Sweet, Sour, Salty, Bitter, Hot is created by balancing lemongrass, ginger, mint, chilli, garlic and more. Tonight your chef will match those elements with fresh NZ seafood to create light and healthy recipes bursting with flavour.
$70 per class when you book for 2 or more classes in the spice series** OR $80 for a standalone class. (prices are per person)

What an awesome evening. Great food, company and entertainment. Wonderful chef – approachable, knowledgeable and passionate about the food.
The recipes catered for all skill types so we all had something to do which was great. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening and the wine matching was perfect.

A great way to enjoy a relaxed and entertaining Sunday brunch with a difference. We invited along some friends and created our own bench of 5.

The Filleting class is amazing! Chef John Campbell is entertaining and incredibly helpful. We enjoyed a delicious lunch and I can now fillet the catch!
