2½ hour class. Thai food is a harmonious blend of sweet and sour, laced with herbs and spices.  In this stunning seafood class learn to blend these flavours to create combinations that will excite the taste buds!  Tonight you will learn how to cook and prepare 2 delicious Thai recipes blending seafood with seasonal and fresh flavours to ensure minimal cooking time and maximum flavour combinations.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 5.30pm.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.
