Spice Journey Sri Lanka

There’s nothing more common to eat as Sri Lankan food than a plate of rice and curry.  Dishes are accompanied by pickled fruits or vegetables, chutneys and sambal. A spice journey not to be missed. Tonight enjoyed devilled sweet and sour fish curry and a prawn curry with ginger and coconut.

Enjoy a complimentary beverage in the auditorium during the demonstration with your chef.

Arrive anytime from 5.45pm onwards.  Class starts promptly at 6pm

Was a little nervous about the whole ‘cooking thing’ however the chef and the people I cooked with made things a breeze – plus heaps of fun.
