Spice Journey – Korea

Korean seafood is prepared in many different ways, boiled, braised, roasted, grilled, dried, fermented and raw, the flavours commonly used are garlic, ginger, sesame oil, doenjang (fermented bean paste) and gochujang (fermented red chilli paste) and kimchi.  On the menu tonight are two favourite Korean seafood recipes. Tonight cook two amazing seafood dishes using these flavours. In tonight’s class make Korean chilli squid with a fresh Korean chilli paste and Seafood  style laksa (spicy seafood soup)

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Arrive anytime from 5.45pm onwards.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.
