Spice Journey Indo Seafood street food

Indonesian dishes have rich flavours; most often described as savouryhot and spicy, and also combination of basic tastes such as sweetsaltysour and bitter. Tonight cook king prawn sambal and grilled whole fish, lettuce, tomato and lime with sambal matah, a spice journey not to be missed.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 5.3opm onwards.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School in 2017, he was Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.
