Seafood Curry fans, this is the class for you. Tonight your chef will share two delicious recipes with curries that are not too hot but still packed full of aromatic spices and flavour.  Packed with delicious seafood, a tantalising journey for the taste buds.  Tonight prepare a sweet and sour fish curry and a delicious keralan fish curry.

Enjoy a complimentary beverage in the auditorium during the demonstration with your chef.

Arrive anytime from 5.45pm onwards.  Class starts promptly at 6pm

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School in 2017, he was Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.
