SPECIALTY – Sensational Summer Salads

2½ hr class.  Look, Cook, Eat.

The Poke (pronounced poh-kay) bowl craze has arrived. Seafood is one of the quickest meals to prepare – tonight in this hands-on class learn how to cook and prepare fresh and healthy summer seasonal salads, including a delicious Poke bowl, a traditional Hawaiian dish with raw pieces of fish that are assembled into a deconstructed sushi dish.  Tonight try your hand at making an Ahi Poke Bowl, a traditional take on the Hawaiian favourite,  plus a salad of prawns, scallops and mango with crispy Tostadas served with Black Bean Succotash also try char-grilled octopus with a feta and watermelon salad.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.  Bar open from 5.30pm.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.
