SPECIALTY – New Class – Gluten and Dairy Free

2½ hour class.  Look, Cook & Eat.

Food intolerances doesn’t mean having to substitute flavour and taste. In this class our chef will take you through 2 dishes that don’t have gluten or dairy. Featuring information from our own Chef Petra New, a trained nutritionist.  Tonight you will be cooking Szechwan spiced prawns with rice noodles and pickled ginger followed by turmeric and coconut yoghurt steamed market fresh fish, with a sassy mango salsa and served with lemongrass rice.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 6pm.  Class starts promptly at 6.30pm.
