NZ GreenshellTM mussels are prized around the world for their health benefits, versatility, cost effectiveness and most importantly……flavour!  Join Chef Paulie Hooton today for lunch where he will share fabulous mussel recipes designed to showcase this spectacular NZ shellfish.  Start with marinated Green-shell Mussels with shallots and capers followed by Green-shell Mussels in a fragrant and spicy Thai broth.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 10.30am.  Class starts promptly at 11am

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School in 2017, he was Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.
