Sparkling Sunday Seafood Lunch

Nothing starts off the day better than a Sunday lunch on a grill in the summer sun.  Join us in this hands on cooking class to create two seafood recipes perfect for sharing with family and friends whilst relaxing with a beverage in the sun. Enjoy breakfast pastries and coffee and tea on arrival, before joining the chef for the demonstration, and then lunch cooked by yourselves complimented with a glass of bubbles per course.

Complimentary tea and coffee available from 10.30am.  Class starts promptly at 11am.

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School in 2017, he was Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.
