Sparkling Sunday Lunch

Nothing starts off the day better than a Sunday lunch on a grill.  Join us in this hands on cooking class to create two seafood recipes perfect for sharing with family and friends whilst relaxing with a beverage in the sun. Enjoy breakfast pastries and coffee and tea on arrival, before joining the chef for the demonstration, followed by lunch cooked by yourselves complimented with a glass of bubbles per course.   Today cook fish pate with pickled vegetables, Insalata di mare (Italian seafood salad) with preserved lemon dressing.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 10.30am.  Class starts promptly at 11am.
