Sparkling Seafood Sunday Lunch

Nothing starts off the day better than a Sunday lunch on a grill in the summer sun.  Join us in this hands on cooking class and learn how to create two seafood recipes perfect for sharing with family and friends.  Enjoy breakfast pastries, coffee and tea on arrival, before joining the chef for the demonstration and then lunch cooked by yourselves complimented with a taste of selected bubbles per course. In todays class cook prawn, rocket and feta fritters, sweet tomato chutney followed by grilled market fish, sauteed potatoes with a preserved lemon, caper and coriander salsa

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 10.30am onwards.  Class starts promptly at 11am.

John Campbell

John Campbell trained in New Zealand before travelling to Sydney and through Asia, surfing whenever there were waves. He landed in London and worked in restaurants and hotels while gaining a certificate in Advanced Cookery at Westminster Catering College.
