Sparkling Seafood Sunday Lunch

Nothing starts off the day better than a Sunday lunch on a grill.  Join us in this hands on cooking class and learn how to create two seafood recipes perfect for sharing with family and friends. Join the chef for the demonstration and then lunch cooked by yourselves complimented with a taste of selected bubbles per course.  Today cook fish pate with pickled vegetables, Insalata di mare (Italian seafood salad) with preserved lemon dressing.

Arrival  from 10.45am.  Class starts promptly at 11am.

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School in 2017, he was Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.
