Spain is blessed with a wide range of seafood from sizzling prawns, salt n pepper calamari to Mediterranean chilli mussels, these small plates are found throughout Spain, in tonight’s class you will cook these delightful recipes. Tonight cook Gambas al Ajillo, white fish with sliced potatoes & olives, Calamares a la Romana. “Buen Provecho”

Was a little nervous about the whole ‘cooking thing’ however the chef and the people I cooked with made things a breeze – plus heaps of fun.
