No need to hop on a plane to try this world-famous cuisine. Drawing inspiration from previous French, Arabic and North African settlers, the Island of Sicily has a blended history and cuisines. Affordable ingredients that are rich in taste include tomatoes, artichokes, olives and olive oil, citrus and aubergine, matched with freshly caught seafood. Complete the journey with our Babich wines specifically matched to each recipe by your chef.

Bar open from 6pm onwards.  Class starts promptly at 6.30pm.
