In today’s class visit the Auckland fish market floor with chef to choose your selected species. Celebrate the ultimate in decadence with a lunch of premium NZ seafood showcasing seafood. Today your chef will show you his ‘tips and tricks’ in three delicious recipes. Start the class with a glass of bubbles and antipasto on arrival. Begin with shucked oysters with ponzu, followed by prawn, tomato and haloumi salad and pan fried market fish, kimchi  butter and pickled cucumber.

Arrive anytime from 10.45am onwards.  Class starts promptly at 11am.
