Seasonal Seafood – Winter recipes

In tonight’s class cook two recipes with NZ seafood, we will showcase winter produce with fresh seafood along and matched with local organic wine. Tonight make a beautiful mussel chowder served with artisan bread followed by a hearty smoked fish and leek pie topped with golden pastry.

Enjoy a complimentary beverage in the auditorium during the demonstration with your chef.

Arrive anytime from 4.45pm onwards.  Class starts promptly at 5pm
