SEASONAL SEAFOOD – Tastes of Summer

2½ hour class.  Look, Cook & Eat.   

Tonight in this hands on class learn how to cook recipes designed for a relaxed summer meal or a night of entertaining – on the boat or at the bach, to ensure you enjoy your holidays & celebrations….creating something a little special without too much time in the kitchen. Start with market fresh snapper crudo followed by panfried big glory bay salmon fillet with balsamic vine ripen tomatoes and chargrilled asparagus.

Complimentary beverage on arrival

Bar open from 6pm.  Class starts promptly at 6.30pm
