SEASONAL SEAFOOD – TASTES OF SPRING

2½ hr class.  Jump in to the season with seafood recipes designed for a relaxed meal complemented with spring produce.  Enjoy fresh new ways to cook using in-season produce bringing springtime flavours into your cooking.  Complete the afternoon with a spring spritzer to refresh the palate and celebrate the upcoming sunshine fun.

Today you will cook blackened prawn skewers with a mango and avocado salsa followed by Parmesan herb crusted salmon, charred asparagus and roasted heirloom tomatoes.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 1.30pm.  Class starts promptly at 2pm.

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School, he was most recently Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.
