Seasonal Seafood – Tastes of Autumn

In tonight’s class cook two recipes with NZ finest kai moana, we will showcase Autumn produce with fresh seasonal seafood.  Enjoy specially selected Babich Organic wine and oysters on arrival.  Tonight you will be cooking whitebait and poppyseed rosti with a garlic chive, fennel and rocket salad drizzled white balsamic and extra virgin olive oil.  Followed by seared market fresh fish, white miso ravioli, baby vegetables finished with a Shaoxing crayfish broth reduction.

Bar open from 4.30pm.  Class starts promptly at 5pm.
