In tonight’s class cook two recipes with NZ finest seafood, we will showcase Autumn produce with fresh seasonal seafood.  Enjoy  Babich Organic wine tasting on arrival.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 4.30pm.  Class starts promptly at 5pm.

A devotee of the great seafood New Zealand has to offer his passionate teaching styles allows Mark to focus on the very best of seasonal produce combining flavour, texture, presentation and encouraging a visual appeal through presentation techniques.
