SEASONAL SEAFOOD – Summer Grill

2½ hour class.  Dust off the BBQ – summer is here!  The art of the seafood grill is showcased tonight alongside marinades and sauces.  We’ll also have a selection of specially matched craft beers from Birkenhead Brewing Company for you to try to accompany the sizzling dishes, as well as our range of Babich wines. Tonight you will be cooking grilled prawn kebabs with miso chilli butter PLUS  grilled market fish with fennel and orange relish, lettuce greens and avocado.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 6pm.  Class starts promptly at 6.30pm.

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School, he was most recently Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.
