SEASONAL SEAFOOD – Beach, Bach and Boat

2½ hour class.  Look, Cook and Eat.

Seafood is one of the quickest meals to prepare – tonight in this hands on class learn how to cook recipes designed for a relaxed summer meal on the boat or at the bach to ensure you enjoy your holidays & celebrations….without too much time in the kitchen.  Tonight you will be cooking:  Snapper tacos with a red pepper, coriander and cucumber salad, mango and chilli lime dressing/Mussels steamed in white wine with chilli, ginger beer, garlic and coconut cream/Seared scallops, curry butter, lettuce leaf cups, vegetable julienne.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.  Bar open from 6pm.  Class starts promptly at 6.30pm
