Seafood is one of the quickest meals to prepare – tonight in this hands on class learn how to cook recipes designed for a relaxed summer meal on the boat or at the bach to ensure you enjoy your holidays and celebrations….without too much time in the kitchen. Tonight you will be enjoying: Kingfish Sashimi, Ginger, Sesame & Soy Dressing, Chilli Pineapple, Young Cress Plus Grilled Catch of the Day, Potato & Olive Mash, Fennel Salad, Spiced Tomato Vinaigrette.
