Seafood Sunday Brunch

Do you start your Sunday with a smoothie or a run? If so this class is going to flip that upside down. In today’s class cook 2 decadent, delicious Sunday brunch favourites and showcase the best of NZ seafood.  Today prepare baked salmon, spinach and goats cheese french toast and a tasty sweet potato rosti with smoked fish and horseradish cream.

Enjoy a complimentary non-alcoholic beverage in the auditorium during the demonstration with your chef.

Arrive anytime from 10.45am onwards.  Class starts promptly at 11am.
