Seafood Street Kitchen – Vietnam

Vietnamese street food has been modernised by western tourists, in tonight’s class lookout for ginger, lemongrass, mint, coriander, chilli and lime and enjoy two popular street kitchen seafood recipes.

Enjoy a complimentary beverage in the auditorium during the demonstration with your chef.

Arrive anytime from 4.45pm onwards.  Class starts promptly at 5pm.
