Join us tonight for a cooking experience with one of the leaders in our restaurant scene with a hands on cooking class, rub shoulders and learn tips and tricks from our guest chef tonight, cook 3 delicious recipes matched with wine. Tonight welcome the “New kid on the block” Wynyard Quarter that is Chef de Cuisine of Park Hyatt Auckland Jonathan Pasion. Start with freshly shucked Te Matuku Oysters with ponzu and pomegranate seeds, followed by salmon poke with a passionfruit and coconut emulsion PLUS crispy skin salmon with a kaffir lime spice served with baby vegetables.
Complimentary beverage on arrival.
Arrive anytime from 5.45pm onwards. Class starts promptly at 6pm

Jonathan Pasion
Jonathan joined Hyatt in 2014 as a cook and has since progressed as the Chef de Cuisine at Andaz Maui’s Ka’ana Kitchen, one of the most popular restaurants on Maui, before joining the Park Hyatt Auckland team in 2019. He brings his sweet “local boy” attitude, unique skills and knowledge of modern local flare to the table at Onemata, Park Hyatt Auckland’s signature restaurant.
