Seafood Sessions “Grilling”

From prawns and scallops to salmon and swordfish to calamari and crayfish, literally anything goes when it comes to grilling seafood. In tonight’s class learn 2 tasty recipes and many techniques that will only ever have you grilling your seafood. In tonight’s class make grilled fish tacos with corn and tomato salsa followed by grilled salmon with coriander and carrot slaw.

Enjoy a complimentary beverage in the auditorium during the demonstration with your chef.

Arrive anytime from 5.45pm onwards.  Class starts promptly at 6pm

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School in 2017, he was Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.
