A great masterclass of Seafood preparation and recipes not to be missed. You will receive a step by step demonstration on the techniques of filleting, preserving and curing your seafood before you give it a go yourself with guidance from your chef, then sit down to a delicious meal of fresh seafood with seasonal flavours to match.

Two NZ Seafood school cookbooks to giveaway on the day.

You’ll also take home a free seafood cooler bag and $15 voucher from Sanford and Sons Auckland Fish Market. Limited spaces available.
