Seafood Master Class – Wine and seafood with Head Chef Paulie Hooton

Join us for an evening of fine Babich wine and prepare 2 amazing seasonal seafood recipes using fantastic artisan produce and fresh NZ seafood. Learn tips and tricks and seafood cooking techniques in tonight’s class. Tonight start with prawn and scampi cocktail salad and prepare Grilled lobster and fillet steak with spinach and a mustard sauce.

Enjoy a complimentary beverage in the auditorium during the demonstration with your chef.

PLUS receive a copy of the Complete NZ Seafood Cookbook to take home.

Arrive anytime from 5.45pm onwards.  Class starts promptly at 6pm

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School in 2017, he was Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.

Was a little nervous about the whole ‘cooking thing’ however the chef and the people I cooked with made things a breeze – plus heaps of fun.
